Working with Cat was a joy. I came to Cat because I was overworked and missing my kids. I charged her with the impossible task of helping me find a firm where I would not only get some of my life back but would still continue to make as close to market comp as possible since I’m the sole provider for my family. Cat understood the goal and was incredibly patient as my search progressed. I finally landed at a firm with the pay I was hoping for and where I get to spend more time with my family.
